Caviaroli

Pearls of extra virgin olive oil. Known as the olive oil caviar, Caviaroli Spheres are approximately 4-5 millimeters in diameter, with liquid olive oil inside that explode in the mouth when you bite into them. They are an ideal ingredient adding flavour and aroma, and creative garnish, taking your dish to the next level! They come in a variety of flavors and sizes, including the popular Arbequina Olive Oil pearls. Flavors include Módena (balsamic vinegar), Chilli, Wasabi, EVVO, white Truffle, Honey, sesame and basil.

Spheres of approximately 20 mm in diameter with a liquid interior that when you bite them explode in the mouth releasing the juice inside. These are a classic aperitif of molecular or avant-garde cuisine ready to use and consume.

The spherical olives are contained in a mixture of brine and extra virgin olive oil to improve their conservation and so that when they are removed from the jar, they have a thin layer of high-quality oil that gives them shine and a great aroma.
