The olives are harvested in the most artisanal and sensitive way possible and bottled in semi-darkness, so you can enjoy the full flavour and intensity of its colour in its purest state. The olive oil does not see the light again until you unpack it from its box. Tasting Notes: Medium green aroma. On the palate, this oil displays well-balanced sweet, bitter, and spicy notes, with a slightly astringent feel. Secondary aromas that also come through, evoking freshly cut grass and garden plants, such as green tomatoes and hints of green walnuts.
Farga olives are a variety from south of Catalonia & Baix Maestrat in Spain. The Farga olive is one of the oldest olives cultivated in the world today with trees living through the centuries!

PREMIUM 100% ARBEQUINA ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL This Arbequina olive is, originally, a variety from Catalonia (Tarragona and Lleida) and Alto Aragón, Spain. It takes its name from the town of leridana of Arbeca. Tasting Notes:
It produces a very fluid and sweet oil, almost impossible to perceive bitter or peppery flavors. Its olive oil has a fruity aroma of olives, apple, banana and almond.

Terres de Llum's premium organic Arbequina olives are hand-picked and bottled straight from the field, so you can enjoy the full flavour and intensity of the olives in the purest state. This Arbequina olive is a variety from Catalonia (Tarragona and Lleida) and Alto Aragon, Spain. It takes its name from the town of Leridana de Arbeca. Arbequina are small, round olives native to the Spanish city of Arbeca, formerly known as Arbequa.
Ripe arbequina olives have a firm, meaty texture and fruity flavor, and although they can be brined and served as table olives,
they are usually harvested early and used in the production of olive oil that is characterized by a delicate, floral flavor. NON-GMO Certified organic
